do we have access to the barn for set up before the wedding?

All weddings not booked during our peak season include the use of the venue the day before for set-up.

Peak Season: March + April and October + November

What is your alcohol policy?

Camp Retreat does not have a liquor license; the renter is responsible to supply any alcohol. Only beer, wine, and champagne are allowed.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We can accommodate 200 guests inside the barn.

Can the bridal party get ready at Camp Retreat?

Yes! We have a sweet bridal cabin + grooms cabin that is included with the price for use on the day of the event!

Do you require the use of specific vendors?

While we do offer a list of some of our favorite vendors, we do not require you to use our vendor list!

Do you have WIFI on property?

No, the venue is not equipped with WIFI.

Do you have air conditioning + heating?

Yes! Our barn is insulated with heating + cooling units.

What are your rental hours?

The hours for set up the day before the event are 9am – 4 pm. (During non-peak season months)

Friday or Sunday events 9am - 10pm

Saturday events 9am - 11pm

What do I need to do to hold my date?

We request $1,000 payment + a signed rental contract to reserve your date.

Is wedding insurance required?

We do require event liability insurance for all weddings + events.

Are there accommodations nearby?

Yes, there are several hotel options within 20 minutes of Camp Retreat (Crestview, FL).


When can I schedule a site tour of Camp Retreat?

All tours are Tuesday - Thursday from 9am -4pm and Friday 9am- 2pm(depending on availability)

to not interfere with weddings on the weekends. Please contact us set up a tour!

All tours are done by appointment only.

Are we allowed to do the rehearsal dinner at the barn?

No, At this time we are unable to accommodate rehearsal dinners as part of our venue rental.

Do you charge a cleaning fee?

No, we do not charge a cleaning fee, each lessee is responsible for their own clean up.

Though if you would like us to take care of the cleaning for you we do offer an optional $500 cleaning service.

What are your office hours?

Tuesday - Thursday from 9am - 4pm and Friday 9am - 12pm

All emails, texts, calls, and DMs will be replied too during our office hours.

We are out of the office Friday afternoon - Monday.
